Post- Stroke

When the brain’s blood supply is interrupted, a stroke can result. This prevents brain tissue from getting oxygen and nutrients, which can cause brain cells to die. Symptoms include difficulty walking, speaking, and understanding. A stroke also can cause paralysis or numbness in the arm, face, or leg.
