In 1999, Craig and his wife Julie opened the first Advanced Care Physical Therapy office. It was at this time he committed to providing the highest level of hands-on manual therapy in the area. Since opening, he has grown his practice to 25 employees, and eight offices to conveniently serve his patients and referral sources.
According to Craig, “Our patients always come first, and will always receive a best-in-class experience every time they walk through our doors. We are able to do this because of the team we have in place. A team that I am very proud of, and one comprised of experts in every discipline impacting our business. From our administrative staff to our clinical and wellness teams, we strive to exceed the expectations of our patients and partners during every interaction.”
Each year, members of Craig’s clinical team attend continuing education courses to ensure all Advanced Care Physical Therapy patients receive cutting-edge-care during every visit. At Advanced Care Physical therapy, his team never stops learning and sets the standard for patient care in our area. All Advanced Care facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment to ensure all stakeholders (patients, staff and referring physicians) have the necessary tools and resources to exceed everyone’s expectations.
“There is no higher level of gratification than to see someone’s life change, and patients I’ve come to know as friends return to doing the things they love to do because of Advanced Care Physical Therapy.” – Craig Reinstein
Education is the foundation of excellence, which is a core principle for Craig and the Advanced Care Team. The base of knowledge Craig gained through his initial schooling, and over 20 years of continuing education has given him the power of discovery, and the ability to assess problems and determine the most appropriate treatment in every case. Craig continues to grow his practice because he wants to provide a truly unique brand of physical therapy within the markets he serves. It is what he calls the “Advanced Care Physical Therapy” Difference!
Craig is also active in the Western New York Gluten-Free Diet Support Group. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family including his wife Julie and their three kids Zachary, Joshua and Rachel.
“My primary motivation as a physical therapist is to help people overcome pain and function lost as a result of their pain. Experience has taught me to use functional, manual therapy approaches combined with state-of-the-art equipment and compassionate care to help people overcome their pain and dysfunction. My goal is to reduce pain while helping my patients regain prior level of function as quickly and safely as possible.”
