Courtney is a very thorough therapist, who has helped me understand the various exercises and stretches that improve stability, strength and functional movements. All of the physical issues (knee, hips, shoulders,) have improved since I started.

" Best Physical Therapy Place"

Advance Care Physical Therapy is the Best Physical Therapy place I’ve ever been to. Courtney is my Physical Therapist at the Limestone Location is Williamsville. She works with you and asks you how the injury feels and how to strengthen it. She spends a lot of time with you and during your exercises she comes over and if you’re doing something wrong she will tell and show you the correct way to do the exercises. They can always get me in for an appointment and everyone at this location are friendly and I can’t say enough good things about the Physical Therapists and the secretary even at the front desk is great as well. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

"Staff Is The Best"

Dr Courtney Carella and her staff are amazing. I came to see Courtney with dizziness and instability issues. She performed a procedure on me and it worked the first time, no more dizziness. She is now working on my balance and stenosis in my neck. I am feeling so much better. I will definitely keep going to see Courtney and her staff. I would definitely recommend Dr Courtney Carella. She is a amazing physical therapist. I have many medical issues and Courtney is really helping me out.
