Our nationally certified personal trainers will encourage and motivate you to push your limits and go beyond “just going through the motions” to reach your specific fitness goals. Try a FREE 30 minute session to see how you can benefit from the one-on-one attention of personal training!
Member & non-member rates:
30 minute session: $25
60 minute session: $45
Or, buy a package and save:
12 half-hour sessions or 6 one-hour sessions: $270 (save up to $30)
24 half-hour sessions or 12 one-hour sessions: $500 (save up to $100)
Aftercare Program
1 month free for all therapy patients!
Patients or fitness center members who received physical therapy at Advanced Care can participate in Advanced Care Fitness Center’s “Aftercare” program. We will prepare you for independence by transitioning you to our state-of-the-art fitness center free for one month. Our certified fitness staff will continue the guided exercise program that was designed by your physical therapist based upon your specific needs. Call 716-282-2888 or email us to register now!
