Advanced Care Fitness Center also features a Kinesis cable training wall that provides unlimited training opportunities and delivers a great workout. The Kinesis wall can be used as an alternative workout or as a supplement to your present workouts if you want to add sport-specific exercises to your routine. We now feature an Advanced Care Sport Program to reach your athletic training needs.
