We offer flexible options to fit your budget. All memberships include an instructional fitness orientation by one of our professional staff members.

• 3 months for $79
• 1 year: $99 down and $29/month
• 2 years: $99 down and $19/month
• Family add-on: $15/month per person
• We also offer group or corporate discount rates.

In addition, we accept many insurance providers’ fitness center health benefits, so be sure to check with your health plan to see if they offer such benefits.

When you join our gym, you may have to complete some or all of the forms below. We do not require every form from every client, so please call (716) 282-2888 or email us  if you have any questions. For your convenience, you may download, complete and fax the forms to (716) 285-1281 prior to visiting our facility, or you may bring them with you.

For children under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must complete and sign the child release and waiver.
