Physical Therapy Hours: 

Monday – Friday: 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Fitness Center Hours:

Monday – Wednesday: 7 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Thursday – Friday: 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Sunday: 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Wheatfield Office

Monday: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Tuesday: 7 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Wednesday: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Friday: 7 a.m. – 12 p.m.

At Advanced Care Physical Therapy, Aquatic & Fitness Center, we accept Worker’s Compensation, Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and most major insurance plans.
